Following on from buying all those lovely fabric samples in the last post, I have now bought a bag pattern, it is called Sandra Saddle Bag by Swoon.
I've made a start cutting out and interfacing some of the front flap fabrics
just need to cut out the rest of the bags, which will be made from these lovely linens you can see in the background ( green, red, beige)
and I'm also recycling a cotton canvas jacket I bought ages ago but I never worn but it was just to good to give to the charity shop.
The pocket will be used on the back panel of the saddle bag instead of a zip pocket and this lovely map fabric, will be used for the lining.
