Both websites were busy, not surprising really, took readings yesterday and again today, in debit with the gas bill with Eon - £171 , ended up having to go on direct debit as Eon threatened to send the account to a debt agency if we didn't pay it in 7 days, even though they get £12.50 a week by standing order.
But £50 in credit with electric, which is surprising as this year we have had the oil filled radiators on more than the central heating this year.
hubby uses a CPAP machine but we don't get any help at all with anything, he works full time, we don't claim benefits. I have health issues as well.
and already had this year's bill for water rates, council tax, not had the tv licence going up yet, yes we choose to pay it as it's cheaper than a £1,000 fine (cost is £159 a year, so savings of £841 , a no brainer really , must be nice if you have a spare £1,000!
oh and petrol, hubby went to fill the car up last week, the price shown on the boards outside was one price and by the time he went in to pay, the price had gone up in just a few minutes!
just wondering how legal that is?
and we have snow as well!
