Well it's that bit in between christmas and new year, hubby is back at work after being off over Christmas, didn't really do much, just a food shop and visited family on christmas eve and had a quiet chilled out day on christmas day.
The tree is still up and will be taken down around the 6th January same as usual, it has been cheerful with the decorations, bunting and balloons up and there is no rush to take them down, it is just so bare without them, December and January are long miserable dismal days without making it worse, plenty of time to clean and tidy the house in the new year...
