Monday 27th April - Week 6 - Day 1 - Morrisons Meat Box

6 weeks, wow, really, that has passed quickly.

Not managed to get my usual slot this week with Tesco, so ordered a meat box from Morrisons. £30 plus £5 delivery, delivered within the time slot by DPD, rang the doorbell and then stood back.

There is quite a good choice of food, chilled food was wrapped and had chiller boxes around, anyway here are some photo's, the dates on items vary from 30th April to 13th May

• carton soup (fresh) butternut squash
• packet spaghetti
• mince
• pack of bacon(10 slices)
• pack of sausages
• chicken fillets
• tin tuna
• 2 pints milk
• loaf white bread
• pitta bread
• block butter
• large block mature cheese
• bag of pears
• box of red grapes
• 4 toilet roll
• 1 large kitchen towel

I registered an account with them on Friday, this was ordered sunday morning and delivered monday afternoon, payment is taken from your bank account straight away

Since Morrisons started the boxes, which are to feed two people for one week, 

there have been both good and bad comments on the internet, yet one person said it would only last her and two children just a few days.
