Yesterday it was snowing, some people went to work, some people didn't.
Yesterday, 10th March 2023, stagecoach bus company suspended the buses across Barnsley, Rotherham, Sheffield and Doncaster due to bad weather, this was widely reported on twitter.
This is the garage that my husband rents which is a five minute walk from our house. As you can see the snow is deep.
and photo's showing the road conditions at around 6am, this is a bus route...
It has been suggested that hubby should have left the car out of the garage overnight, but as you can clearly see there is no room to park it and on the insurance it is down as being garaged overnight anyway.

hubby's duty today started at 6.45am - the first bus he could catch was at 7.32am, then a further bus to catch before getting to work about two hours late....
He finishes today at 7.15pm and the bus home leaves at 9.10pm, he would get home at 9.45pm which makes it a very long day...
Supposed to be getting a lift home but as expected let down at the last minute...
Always the same, questions not actually answered but twisted away from what situation actually is!
