2025 - 19th April - toothache day 3 ...

so toothache day 3 - 

• A broken filling and likely dental infection
• Swelling on the left side of my face
• Fever and chills earlier (body temp now 36.0°C)
• Feeling unwell — possibly also due to not eating from pain
• Very high blood pressure today, with the following readings:

24-Hour Pain Relief, (Low Dose Combo Plan)

• Paracetamol 500mg – every 4 to 6 hours, max 4x/day
• Ibuprofen 200mg – every 6 hours, always with food
• Clove oil – as needed, up to every 3–4 hrs
• Orajel – up to 4 times a day, topical only

someone suggested I cycle to the dentist, 1 hour and 50 mins away...yeah right, with a raging toothache, facial swelling, sky-high blood pressure, fever chills, at my age , then A&E might just be your final destination 🏥🚴‍♀️💥
