well the ball cock on the cistern was changed last week and now the toilet does not flush properly!
having to put water in the bowl to make sure the contents get flushed away or either lift the cistern lid off and touch the ball cock down slightly to fill the cistern up to get a full flush
this had been going off since last thursday, not ideal for two 60 something's with health problems!!
anyway just had a long phone call with Homeserve operational support team, very aplogetic over the comments made by mr Attitude as I've nicknamed him
and yet another plumber is coming back out tomorrow, perhaps if jobs weren't rushed and done properly in the first place then no need to come back again!
I phoned up the person who fitted the boiler and from what I told him about the noises and what was happening, he said "burner"...no hesitation so booked him to come out next week and I will gladly put money in his pocket any day of the week
£198 electric bill and £151 gas bill...but pay something weekly towards them but obviously not enough as both accounts now in debit...
someone collecting fabric at 2.30pm didn't turn up but did at least message me and let me know.
some lovely neighbours moved out, thats the first of three neighbours houses up for sale recently...
and other stuff going on as well, just bloody sick of all this shit now...
